Refund Eligibility:

All sales are final.  Refunds will be considered in the event is cancelled by the company.

Nonattendance Policy:

We regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued for nonattendance for any reason.

Transferable:

Purchases are transferable. To transfer purchase to another party, please send an email to KMLCreativeSolutions@gmail.com with your name and email along with the name and email of the person you are transferring your tickets to.

Cancellation:

If the event is cancelled, all customers will be contacted with instructions on processing a refund or applying credit to a future workshop or weekly classes.

Policy Changes:

KML Creative Solutions reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
